Barbecued Bananas and Bacon

1 firm banana per person
2 slices of bacon per person
1 skewer per person (medal or presoaked wood)

Cut each banana to to an inch piece.  Starting with bacon, poke bacon end on skewer, then add a piece of cut banana.  Bring bacon back over banana then add another piece of banana and back over again with bacon until skewer is full.  Place over medium hot grill turning until bacon is cooked.
