Charlie's Favorite Coleslaw

5 cups shredded cabbage 
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted 
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped green onions 
1 ½ cups dried cranberries

½ cup mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 
1 tablespoon honey mustard

     Combine cabbage, almonds, cranberries, celery, green onions (white and green parts) and green pepper in a large plastic bowl with a snap-on lid. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small jar, adding salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve (don’t worry this will be enough dressing).  Pour dressing over slaw about 15-20 minutes before serving.  Toss well.
