1 small 6-7 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large package, INSTANT vanilla pudding mix
1 - 16 oz carton of sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 prepared graham cracker pie shell
Do not prepare the instant pudding according to package; place the pudding mix powder in a mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients (including the juice of the can of crushed pineapple) and blend thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour, or until set.
