Rigatoni with Sausage and Spinach

1 (16-oz) package Rigatoni
1 (28-oz) can diced, peeled tomatoes
1 lb mild Italian sausage, casings removed  
1 teaspoon minced garlic  
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (10-oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed  
Grated or shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving   

      Cook Rigatoni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté sausage and garlic, stirring and breaking up meat until cooked through.  Stir in spinach, tomatoes, basil and oregano.  Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Drain Rigatoni and return to pot or bowl.  Pour sauce over and toss. Serve with Parmesan cheese.  Serves 8.
