Rigatoni with Sausage and Spinach
1 (16-oz) package Rigatoni
Cook Rigatoni according to package
directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté sausage and garlic,
stirring and breaking up meat until cooked through. Stir in
spinach, tomatoes, basil and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes or until
heated through. Drain Rigatoni and return to pot or bowl. Pour
sauce over and toss. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
