Roasted Cauliflower

1 Head of Cauliflower Florets
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Coarse Salt
Red Chili Flakes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Place cauliflower florets on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.  Season with coarse salt.  Roast in oven, turning occasionally until golden brown and just tender, about 25-30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with red chili flakes (amount depends on your families taste).  Serve.  Makes about 4 cups.
