Rozanne’s Take Along Pea Salad

1 lb. bag of frozen peas
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup salted Spanish peanuts 
1/4 cup onion, diced
Ranch salad dressing (see directions below)

Keeping peas frozen, add peanuts, celery and onions.  Mix in Ranch Dressing (a little at a time - total will only be about 2 tablespoons).  By the time you get to where you are going, the peas have thawed and the salad is cold.  Rozanne says to make sure peas have thawed before serving.
