Tortellini Soup Cooked in a Crock Pot
frozen tortellini (approximately 1 lb.)
3 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
oz. block cream cheese - at room
tempture - cut into small
Except for the tortellini - Put all the above in a crock pot and stir to combine. Add tortellini and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
(Note: you can substitute the fresh spinach with a thawed 12 oz package of frozen cut leaf spinach.)
